一、适用范围
本隐私政策适用于 Coin.AI iOS 应用及相关服务（以下称“本应用”）。Coin.AI 是一款面向加密货币研究的 AI 助手，提供对话、行情、图表、新闻摘要、图片分析、语音输入和研究提醒。
重要说明：本应用不是交易所、经纪商、钱包或托管服务，不执行交易，也不提供投资、税务或法律建议。
二、我们处理的信息
1. 您主动提供的内容
- 您发送的文字消息、研究问题和对话内容。
- 您主动选择上传的图片、图表、截图或其他文件。
- 您主动使用语音输入时产生的录音文件及语音识别文本。
- 您在应用内设置的昵称、研究偏好、关注内容和应用设置。
2. 设备和服务标识
- 应用生成的设备标识、虚拟服务会话标识及相关认证令牌，用于识别应用会话、提供服务和防止滥用。
- 设备类型、操作系统版本、App 版本、网络请求状态和必要的技术诊断信息。
- 在归因功能启用时，安装、唤醒、渠道、点击和活动信息，以及 Adjust 或 OpoInstall 等归因服务返回的归因数据。
3. 购买或订阅相关信息
当前版本主要在设备本地保存 Premium 功能状态，不接收 Apple 的完整支付信息。若未来启用应用商店订阅，支付、账单、续订和退款将由 Apple 或其他应用商店按照其政策处理。
三、权限说明
- 相机和照片：仅在您拍摄或选择图片进行聊天和分析时使用。
- 麦克风和语音识别：仅在您主动使用语音输入时使用。
- 通知：仅在您开启研究提醒并允许系统通知时使用。
本应用不需要通讯录或位置权限，也不主动读取通讯录、精确位置或其他无关内容。您可以在 iOS 设置中随时关闭权限；关闭后对应功能可能无法使用。
四、信息如何使用
我们处理相关信息用于：
- 接收您的问题并生成 AI 回复、图表、行情和研究结果。
- 上传和处理您主动提交的图片或语音文件。
- 维护虚拟应用会话、识别设备、保障接口安全和防止重复或滥用请求。
- 发送您请求的研究提醒，并维护提醒状态。
- 了解安装、活动和渠道效果，改进服务稳定性、性能和支持质量。
- 处理法律、安全和合规事务。
我们不使用您的内容投放个性化广告，也不出售您的个人信息。
五、服务器、AI 和第三方服务
聊天、行情、新闻、图片、语音和研究功能需要访问 Coin.AI 后端。为提供这些功能，您发送的内容可能通过安全配置传输至我们的服务器、托管服务商和 AI 模型服务商，用于检索数据和生成回复。实际使用的模型或服务商可能因功能、可用性和配置而变化。
在归因功能启用时，安装和活动相关数据可能发送给 Adjust、OpoInstall 或相关归因服务，用于安装归因、渠道衡量和服务诊断。该处理不是个性化广告投放。
行情和新闻内容可能来自第三方市场数据或 RSS 服务。第三方服务按其各自的隐私政策处理信息；我们不会向其提供超出实现对应功能所需的内容。
六、存储和保留
- 聊天历史、昵称、主题、部分研究设置和会话凭据会保存在您的设备上，直到您清除、删除本地账户数据或卸载应用。
- 您主动发送到服务器的消息、媒体和服务记录会按照后端的运营、安全、故障排查和法律义务需要保留。具体保留时间可能因数据类型和服务配置而不同。
- 语音录音在发送前位于设备临时目录；取消录音时应用会尝试删除临时文件。已发送的文件可能按服务器保留规则处理。
七、您的选择和权利
- 您可以在设置中清空全部聊天或删除本地账户数据。
- 您可以拒绝或撤回相机、照片、麦克风、语音识别和通知权限。
- 您可以停止使用应用或卸载应用，以删除设备上的本地数据。
- 根据适用法律，您可能有权访问、更正、删除或限制处理相关个人信息。请通过下方邮箱联系我们，我们会在法律要求的范围内处理请求。
八、儿童隐私

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Coin.AI iOS app and related services (the “App”). Coin.AI is an AI assistant for crypto research, including chat, market data, charts, news summaries, image analysis, voice input, and research alerts.
Important: The App is not an exchange, broker, wallet, or custody service. It does not execute trades or provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
2. Information We Process
1. Content you provide
- Text messages, research questions, and conversation content you send.
- Images, charts, screenshots, or other files you actively choose to upload.
- Voice recordings and speech-to-text content when you actively use voice input.
- Your in-app nickname, research preferences, watchlist items, and app settings.
2. Device and service identifiers
- An app-generated device identifier, virtual service-session identifiers, and related authentication tokens to provide the service, secure sessions, and prevent abuse.
- Device type, operating-system version, app version, request status, and necessary technical diagnostics.
- When attribution is enabled, installation, wake-up, channel, click, and activity information, as well as attribution data returned by services such as Adjust or OpoInstall.
3. Purchase or subscription information
The current version primarily stores Premium feature status locally and does not receive your full Apple payment information. If App Store subscriptions are enabled in the future, payment, billing, renewal, and refund processing will be handled by Apple or another app store under its policies.
3. Permissions
- Camera and Photos: used only when you take or select an image for chat or analysis.
- Microphone and Speech Recognition: used only when you actively use voice input.
- Notifications: used only when you enable research alerts and allow system notifications.
The App does not require Contacts or Location access and does not actively read your contacts, precise location, or unrelated content. You can manage permissions in iOS Settings; disabling a permission may disable the related feature.
4. How We Use Information
We process information to:
- Receive your questions and generate AI answers, charts, market context, and research results.
- Upload and process images or voice files that you actively submit.
- Maintain app sessions, identify a device, secure APIs, and prevent duplicate or abusive requests.
- Deliver requested research alerts and maintain alert state.
- Understand installation, activity, and channel performance and improve reliability, performance, and support.
- Address legal, security, and compliance requirements.
We do not use your content for personalized advertising and do not sell your personal information.
5. Servers, AI, and Third Parties
Chat, market data, news, image, voice, and research features require access to Coin.AI backend services. To provide these features, content you send may be transmitted through appropriate service configurations to our servers, hosting providers, and AI model providers for data retrieval and response generation. The model or provider used may vary by feature, availability, and configuration.
When attribution is enabled, installation and activity data may be sent to Adjust, OpoInstall, or related attribution services for install attribution, channel measurement, and service diagnostics. This is not personalized advertising.
Market and news content may come from third-party market-data or RSS services. Those services process information under their own privacy policies; we do not provide more content than needed for the corresponding feature.
6. Storage and Retention
- Conversation history, nickname, theme, some research settings, and session credentials are stored on your device until you clear them, delete local account data, or uninstall the App.
- Messages, media, and service records that you send to our servers may be retained as needed for operations, security, troubleshooting, and legal obligations. Retention can vary by data type and service configuration.
- Voice recordings are placed in a temporary device directory before upload. The App attempts to delete a cancelled recording. Sent files may be handled under server retention rules.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- Use Settings to clear all chats or delete local account data.
- Decline or withdraw camera, photo, microphone, speech-recognition, and notification permissions.
- Stop using or uninstall the App to remove local data from the device.
- Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. Contact us below and we will handle requests to the extent required by law.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in your region. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
9. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy when our services, legal requirements, or privacy practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new update date.
